Biography

Natthapong Singmanas (Nat) joins the Thanyapura team as an EXOS Certified Performance Specialist, and is dedicated to helping individuals of all ages and abilities improve their strength, power, speed and mobility.

Coach Nat comes with a diverse background that is rich in experience. He has worked with professional basketball players, tennis players, marathoners, and young rising football stars from around the world, as well as many other individuals looking to optimise their sports performance. Coach Nat is an avid basketball player himself, which has allowed him to better understand the risk of sports injuries and help his clients prevent them by performing effective conditioning and strengthening drills.

Coach Nat believes that improvement not only comes from training hard, but also from getting adequate rest and allowing enough time for the body to repair and regenerate itself. He is so passionate about sports that he basically ‘eats, sleeps and breathes training’.
